A key highlight of the showcase is the global debut of their proprietary Chip-on-Board (COB) LED display lineup. Manufactured in-house, the flagship 136-inch COB LED display unit provides a Full HD native resolution, with 4K options and fully customized configurations for indoor, outdoor, and rental applications planned for later this year. The 136-inch display also supports audio integration via TCL or third-party soundbars and is available in a consumer variant for residential installations.
The entry of TCL CSOT into the LED display market leverages its position as a global leader in LCD panel manufacturing. By manufacturing at scale, the company aims to offer affordable mainstream digital signage options rather than focusing on niche products. This vertical integration allows TCL Professional to transition high-quality panel manufacturing into high-volume commercial display solutions.
The flagship TMN series includes commercial LCD panels ranging from 20 inches up to 115 inches, with a 90-inch model currently shipping and the 115-inch model scheduled to ship later this year. These displays are engineered with dedicated thermal management heat sinks and robust internal component ratings to support continuous 24/7 operation in portrait or landscape orientations. This hardware-level optimization distinguishes them from consumer TVs, which are not rated for continuous professional runtime.
To ensure long-term durability and lower total cost of ownership, the TMN series comes standard with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering continuous commercial wear and tear. Selected models, such as the 75-inch display, feature a 25% anti-glare coating to fight high ambient light and sun exposure. Additionally, the entire commercial lineup is EP certified and manufactured in line with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) processes.
