The company holds ten patents on this driver chip architecture, which improves efficiency by increasing brightness while simultaneously reducing both power consumption and heat generation. Among the featured products is a 135-inch mobile LED display with a 0.78 mm pixel pitch capable of displaying 4K resolution. The unit features dual-folding sides and a motorized lift mechanism, allowing the entire structure to fold down and pass through standard doorways. A rear compartment accommodates laptops or PCs, and the display runs off a standard 120-volt, 20-amp line. Additionally, a 1.5 mm Full HD foldable display was shown, which integrates an Android operating system, built-in audio, HDMI and USB connectivity, and support for wireless mobile casting.
For modular installations, the displays can be integrated with third-party tracking systems such as TrackIt. This ceiling-recessed track system allows multiple LED wall units to twist, turn, and lock together, functioning as dynamic display arrays or physical dividing walls in multi-purpose venues. For high-brightness requirements, Silicon Core also demonstrated 0.9 mm and 1.2 mm models configured to output up to 4,000 nits of brightness, suitable for outdoor-facing window installations.
The company is also developing interactive floor displays, showcasing a walkable 1.2 mm pixel pitch prototype. The display integrates built-in infrared sensors to track foot movement across the surface. While the prototype uses a white package design with multiple sensors, the final production version is planned to transition to a single-sensor black package that integrates directly into the pixel structure for 1.2 mm and 1.9 mm pixel pitches.
