faytech managing founder Arne Weber gives a full faytech Shenzhen factory tour, giving insights about what it is like living ten years in China, and what the future plans of faytech are. Besides this, this video features a closer look at some of the most promising products of faytech, such as the interactive shopping cart to be presented first time in 2020 at the NRF 2020 conference, the interactive bathroom mirror and the new i5-touchscreen PC series too.

Today, in China, more than 300 employees work in two faytech locations, Suining and Shenzhen in which faytech has its own R&D, Sales&Marketing and Purchasing departments, as well as its world leading optical bonding facility and a small quantity project and product assembly. The mass production, including its own case manufacturing is now happening in Suining.

Johanna, Peter and Anna of faytech give a tour of the faytech booth at Computex 2018. This will be the 5th time faytech is exhibiting at Computex to show some of their standard products, but special projects also.
The 55” IP65 Touch PC Kiosk is shown, which is perfect for outdoor usage. It is water- and dust proof and has 1000+ nits of brightness. Besides this, you can also see the 32” Open Frame (HDK) Touch Monitor, with 1000+ nits and is Optically Bonded. It is the perfect solution for integration into a machine or wall. After that, the special project for bus application is also introduced, which uses a 10.1” IP65 Capacitive Touch Monitor with high brightness, RFID scanner and special buttons on the front. Then, the 21.5” Docking station PC with new design is shown, which uses a 100-pin connector and magnets to attach the LCD Panel to the Industrial PC, which is revolutionary in its use! After that, Anna takes over and introduces the 15” IP65 High Brightness Touch Monitor, which uses an All-In-One Cable, perfect for outdoor usage. Then the 15” Capacitive Touch PC with Ubuntu OS is introduced. And at last, the 21.5” V40 Embedded PC is introduced by Peter, which uses Android OS.
Tour of the faytech booth at the SID Display Week 2018. In this exhibition faytech focuses on their large format displays and optical bonding expertise and service. In the video you can see several faytech products, but also their partner’s products, which are optically bonded by faytech.
In the video, they show several 86” Optically bonded “blackboard” devices with PCAP Capacitive touch technology for educational or multi-media purposes. During the tour a 75” outdoor IP65, (dust- and water-proof) Multi-media PC, as well as faytech’s own 55” Open Frame (HDK) Touch Monitor with 1000+ nits of brightness can be seen. This Open Frame is the perfect solution for integrating into a machine or wall. Eventually, the 65” FlatFrog In-Glass touch device bonded by faytech is shown, which is interesting, because only faytech possesses the bonding technology to do so. Then the 46” 2500+ nits outdoor kiosk from faytech’s partner, which is perfect for in- and outdoor use is presented. And at last, faytech’s 15.6” smart mirror with Capacitive touch technology is shown, which is perfect for the bathroom.
Latest projects and products at faytech booth at Computex, presented by Serena, Andy and Johanna of faytech. Including the 11.6” Butterfly MX device, one of their projects that focuses on residence management using an app, they have made a video about it working well outdoors in the rain, their 42” Capacitive Touch PC embedded in a mirror designed for retail applications, such as shopping malls, shops, restaurants etc. Right after that, the 84” 4K Capacitive Touch Monitor with optical bonding. Then Serena shows several standard products which earn the reputation for faytech. As well as one of major improvements in this year- capacitive touch panel which is compatible with glove and stylus. At last, Johanna shows me their successful project applied to the Indian public transportation system.

Here is my third factory tour with faytech Tech. Co., Ltd (after I filmed the faytech 2013 tour and the faytech 2015 tour) , this time at their newest factory location, seeing over the past few years this company develop from a small startup company to a world leading industrial touch device manufacturer with advanced in-house manufacturing capabilities is quite impressive. The tour starts with the presentation of faytech's 55'' capacitive multi-touch solution which can be used as conference table, single POS information display, for industry automation as well as information- and videowall. faytech also presents its new 15.360 x 8.640 pixel interactive information-and videowall with up to 256 simultaneous touch points. Together with the products, Arne presents factory premises with its specialized clean room, and various machines, used in the production and improvement of faytech’s products.
