Pipo shows their latest range of Rockchip RK3188 high-specced Android Tablets with full HD resolutions, also now launching their LTE Tablets in 9.7″ Retina and 7″ 1440×900, shipping LTE Tablets next month. CHUWI shows their new V99X ultra-thin 7.8mm 9500mAh 9.7″ Retina with an empty 3G module by Huawei slot, so you can turn your Wi-Fi only tablet into a 3G and even next year into a 4G LTE tablet by simply adding the networking module that you would like to add into that slot. Maybe a White Spaces 700Mhz module can be possible also. The perfect optional cellular expansion system for the Rockchip RK3188 in my opinion, and this CHUWI V99X Retina 9.7″ RK3188 tablet looks really good!

AIHUA makes an 10.1 Allwinner A31s tablet for 120 USD. AIHUA also makes a quad core 7.85″ tablet for 88 USD. AIHUA also makes a 7″ dual core Alwinner A20 tablet for 47 USD. AIHUA also makes a 7″ MTK 6589 tablet for 97 USD. AIHUA wouldn’t give out much information about their company unfortunately.

Ampeq makes a Bluetooth speaker with a Rockchip 2928 Android tablet attached to it, they call the bluetooth-android-SoundPad and it can play music through bluetooth. The price of the bluetooth-android-soundpad is 95 USD for 1,000 pieces. The SoundPad also features a remote control. Ampeq is currently developing a dual core version of its SoundPad. Ampeq also makes conventional tablets as well such as a 7″ tablet for 55 USD for 1,000 pieces. Ampeq sells around 200,000 tablets per month.

Wabook shows their latest range of low priced tablets, now featuring Rockchip RK3026 and Allwinner A23 to lower prices and to increase the performance at lower power consumption, also showing RK3188 and A31S tablets, then also showing Wabook’s new and improved ARM Powered Laptop design now using the new VIA WM8880 dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, now with a better chiclet keyboard, a better larger mousepad, better mouse buttons, better USB Host port designs and more, priced at $65 in bulk. Wabook now says Chrome OS on that is a possibility.

Shenzhen Steed technology makes Android tablets and sells around 100,000 per month. Some products include a 7.85″ android tablet that resembles an iPad mini with a price of 83 USD in bulk. A unique device is a 4.3″ android tablet/pmp with a single core Allwinner a13 processor for a price of 29 USD in bulk. Steed’s best selling product is a 7″ WVGA (800×480) Allwinner a13 android device for 39 USD in bulk. Steed sells a 8″ tablet for 84 USD in bulk.

AmLogic shows their new M802 Quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 (28nm TSMC) with 8-core Mali-450 GPU, showcased in the new Geniatech ATV580 4K Set-top-box, 7.85″ Tablets, 9.7″ Retina tablets, 13.3″ Laptops and more, all running Android 4.3 with mostly 2GB RAM and 4K video playback support. AmLogic claims to provide higher benchmark scores than competing quad-core Rockchip and Allwinner solutions on the market. The AmLogic M802 has dual-channel DDR3 RAM for 4K and Retina screens while the AmLogic M801 has a single-channel DDR3 RAM support for lower resolution devices without 4K support.
Transtar’s latest Android tablet has a 6.5″ (800×480) display with a MTK 6572 processor with dual sim support, the price is 66 USD for 1,000 pieces. A 7″ tablet for 96 USd in bulk. Transtar’s best Android tablet is the M768Q iPad mini look alike with a 7.85″ original LG IPS display and MTK 8389 processor with 3g plus GPS, for a price of 130 USD in bulk. Transtar produces around 252,000 to 300,000 tablets per month.

(I had a problem in the last day and a half, my Intel Powered ultrabook has crashed and burnt a 4th time in the last 18 months I’ve used it, it doesn’t boot up anymore, now I’m borrowing a laptop while I also just gave away my 11-month old Samsung ARM Chromebook last week (bad timing) as I’d like to buy a new one later this month, Exynos5420 Powered Chromebook would have been best but another Exynos5250 Powered HP Chromebook 11 will do if nothing else gets released before).
Zivi makes android phones and tablets with both mediatek processors and Broadcom processors. Zivi has a factory employing 3,000 people. Zivi sells mostly in South Africa, South America, Europe, and south Asia. The Zivi booth has a picture of a conceptual eight core smartphone called the i9800. Products include 6″ (QHD 960×540) dual core mtk 6572 dual sim 3g phone for 87 USD for MOQ 5,000. The Z608 is an ultra low cost 3.5″ 3g Android phone for 39 USD in bulk. A 5″ (QHD 960×540) MTK 6572 devices sells for 72-74 USD in bulk. The Z4511Q is a 4.5″ QHD smartphone with a quad core Cortex a7 bcm23550 processor and 3g dual sim. Zivi also makes tablets with broadcom processors at around 68 USD in bulk or more.
