33-minute tour at the Rising Electronics Smart Speakers Factory, where they use Allwinner C100 (multimedia, bluetooth) and C100A (also with WiFi) processors for smart speakers with even video playback. Here’s a tour of their precision mold machines, assembly, doing their multimedia speakers, mp5 players, radio cassettes with USB, LCD TVs and more, with their markets being Africa (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda) and the Middle-east, with 20-30 thousand shipping there each month.
Flyshark has Gaoxin as a brother company, established in 2009, where Flyshark focuses on R&D product development while Gaoxin focuses on the sales. Arne Weber takes us on a tour through the factory operation of faytech Tech. Co. Ltd., a touchscreen manufaturer in Shenzhen he has been running with his wife for more than 5 years. This is the second time I am visiting them and faytech has greatly progressed since my last visit.
The video starts on the rooftop of the faytech factory in Hongmen Technology Park. We see a comparison of faytech´s standard 10” touchscreen PC, a high brightness waterproof 10.4” touchscreen PC and an optical bonded transflective 17.3” model for crisp clear picture even under direct sunlight. The tour continues showing the factory highlights: optically bonded resistive touchscreen panels, faytech´s new capacitive 15” touchscreen PC with Intel´s E3800 series and an explanation of their new A20 based embedded mainboard for industrial customers. We also see the equipment that faytech invested in over the last year like a temperature room, a vibration and gluing machine and a dust free clean room improving faytech´s in-house capability of touchscreen and high brightness panel handling.

Li Rui is about to release a range of RK3288 Tablets at 7.85″, 10.1″ and 9.7″, now being lauched to distributors. In this video, Lirui is assembling their Rk3188 with 9.7″ Retina panel, they sold about 100K of that one, they also do 7.85″ and other. Li Rui has engineers optimizing the BOM cost, Tooling designs of the Rockchip based Tablets that they manufacture for several customers, some of them famous in the Shenzhen Tablet world.

Tour at the Neostra Tablet factory in Shenzhen China. They are just now starting the mass production for perhaps the worlds most powerful tablet yet, the first Allwinner A80 Octa Core Quad ARM Cortex-A15 with Quad ARM Cortex-A7 tablet and PowerVR G6230 GPU, the Onda V989, manufactured right here starting this week being able to ramp up to make 1500 of them per day. Neostra is also just starting mass production of their Allwinner A33 quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 based tablets, making one really thin bezel and nice qHD 7″ priced $38 (in bulk of at least 1000 units) and they also are mass producing the Allwinner A33 based 7″ 1024×600 basic TN selling at $33 (in bulk of at least 1000 units). Neostra is making about 200-300K tablets per month, able to do more for the peak Christmas period.
Created in 1986, Storex launches their Allwinner A33 mass production, with capacity of 150k pcs per month they can OEM and ODM for everyone, here bringing affordable quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 Tablets to the mass market. Storex’s main market is in France (HQ based sales & marketing), office in Spain for Iberica area, also selling in Portugal, Italy, UK and some other small countries in Europe, manufactured in Shenzhen China.
Yifang Digital, founded in 1992, has manufactured over 10 Million tablets since 2008, also makes Wearables and other Smart devices, now their Tablet production capacity is 600 thousand tablets per month, over 20 thousand square meters, they do their own injection, dust-free workshop, 8 SMT Lines and 9 assembly lines. Yifang can do everything in house including R&D, UI design, PCB layout, injection, tooling, SMT to assembly. Yifang is now ramping up the mass production of their newest Allwinner A33 quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 tablets.
