Barco Clickshare showcased its latest meeting room integration solutions at InfoComm 2026, centering on the ClickShare Hub Pro and Hub Core systems. These modular systems are designed to interface directly with Microsoft Teams Rooms, offering users a seamless transition between native room systems and bring-your-own-meeting (BYOM) laptop-driven configurations.

HDMI® Technology is the foundation for the worldwide ecosystem of HDMI-connected devices; integrated with displays, set-top boxes, laptops, audio video receivers and other product types. Because of this global usage, manufacturers, resellers, integrators and consumers must be assured that their HDMI® products work seamlessly together and deliver the best possible performance by sourcing products from licensed HDMI Adopters or authorized resellers. For HDMI Cables, consumers can look for the official HDMI® Cable Certification Labels on packaging. Innovation continues with the latest HDMI 2.2 Specification that supports higher 96Gbps bandwidth and next-gen HDMI Fixed Rate Link technology to provide optimal audio and video for a wide range of device applications. Higher resolutions and refresh rates are supported, including up to 12K@120 and 16K@60. Additionally, more high-quality options are supported, including uncompressed full chroma formats such as 8K@60/4:4:4 and 4K@240/4:4:4 at 10-bit and 12-bit color.

The new generation ClickShare Hub runs on the Android-based Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), moving away from the Linux-based operating system used in previous generations such as the ClickShare CX-50 Gen 2. The Hub Pro supports dual-display configurations and is optimized for larger conference rooms, enabling robust video output and collaborative spaces.

Central to the system is the wireless ClickShare Button, which utilizes Wi-Fi 6E technology to support high-resolution 4K content sharing. The updated button incorporates native DisplayPort over USB-C protocol support, allowing users to share screen content directly without requiring software installation or driver deployment on host laptops.

During active meetings, the system automatically detects laptop connection intent and integrates room peripherals, such as Huddly cameras and Shure microphones, into the user’s Zoom, Google Meet, or Webex call. When the laptop session ends, the console reverts to the default Microsoft Teams Room state. For complex room layouts, the company offers a USB-C extension over Cat cable kit, enabling installers to bridge distances between the hub and control panels using standard category cabling.

For administrative oversight, the XMS Cloud management platform provides IT administrators with a centralized dashboard to monitor device health, configuration setups, and alert logs, such as failed button pairings. The management suite supports direct integration with ServiceNow, facilitating automated ticket generation and lifecycle tracking for corporate AV deployments.
