Linear Computing’s Customized Baseboards for Toradex’s Verdin family with i.MX 8M Mini and Nano

Watch Toradex’s partner Linear Computing (, at the Toradex ( booth during embedded world 2020, as Branislav Bezak speaks about gaining early access to Toradex’s Verdin ( and being among the first to produce two customized base boards for Verdin (, both of which are built for industrial use.

The boards are equipped with key features such as 12 highly flexible precision Analog inputs, a wide range of interfaces including CAN-FD, RS-485, RS-232, etc., support for LTE modems for IoT applications, supercapacitor power backup for uninterrupted operation, and much more.

The Verdin SoMs are designed from the ground up to support modern software development principles and simplify software maintenance. It comes with the well-known production-quality Toradex software. This includes Torizon™ (, the open source, easy-to-use industrial Linux platform with a Yocto Project-based reference image, and extensive documentation and support.
