TI DLP 4K Projector to be affordable

Texas Instruments introduces their affordable 4K Projector single 0.67” chip solution with 4 million mirrors fabricated using the TRP (Tip & Roll Pixel) design found in the DLP pico projector chips, with the affordable 4K chips ready for mass production within the next couple of months, affordable 4K projectors should start to be available by TI DLP projector manufacturers maybe from Summer or before the end of this year. The TI DLP 4K solution has 4 million mirrors on a 0.67-inch digital micromirror device (DMD) and uses image shifting technology and image processing algorithms to create 8 million sharp pixels projected to a wall at an affordable price. The new affordable TI DLP 4K solution allows for up to 5000lumen brightness, the price will be up to each 4K DLP projector manufacturer. I hope we can get these starting at below $2K and perhaps even below $1K soon enough. If they can reach these prices, then everyone should get a 4K projector in their home.
