Time-of-Flight sensors STMicroelectronics’s 4th generation of FlightSense sensors offer a multi-zone ranging sensor able to create a 64-zone mini depth map up to 4 m. Teseo V family automotive triple-band multi-constellation GNSS precise engine receiver STA8135GA is part of the Teseo V family. STA8135GA is a multi-band multi-constellation positioning receiver IC able to manage all the GNSS constellations such as GPS, Galileo, Glonass, BeiDou, NAVIC (former IRNSS) and QZSS, in L1, L2, L5 and E6 frequency bands.

60 GHz Contactless Products The ST60A2G0 is an RF millimeter-wave transceiver product operating in the 60 GHz V-Band. It provides a very power efficient and high data-rate wireless link enabling freedom from physical cables and connectors for short-range (a few cm) point-to-point communications, using a variety of external antennas (such as patch antennas designed on PCB or highly directive SMT horn antennas allowing both end-fire and broadside radiation patterns).

Automotive-grade, 5.1 Mpixel image sensor with global shutter and rolling modes for full image resolution and performance, in NIR and RGB The VB1940, VD1940 is a 5.1 MP image sensor with both rolling and global shutter modes. In rolling shutter mode, the VB1940, VD1940 produces a single HDR color frame output through the MIPI CSI 2 interface. This is achieved by combining a short and long exposure. In addition, the user can activate a function that converts the RGB NIR pattern to an RGGB format. Such format is compatible with any standard automotive ECU (electronic control unit).
