Nanolumens is an Atlanta-based direct view LED (DVLED) display manufacturer celebrating its 20th year in business at Infocomm 2026. The company designs and manufactures customizable display systems, including the Nixel series, which is a modular, curved direct view LED display system first launched in 2010. The Nixel series supports convex and concave configurations with custom-built frames tailored for architectural applications and custom installations.

HDMI® Technology is the foundation for the worldwide ecosystem of HDMI-connected devices; integrated with displays, set-top boxes, laptops, audio video receivers and other product types. Because of this global usage, manufacturers, resellers, integrators and consumers must be assured that their HDMI® products work seamlessly together and deliver the best possible performance by sourcing products from licensed HDMI Adopters or authorized resellers. For HDMI Cables, consumers can look for the official HDMI® Cable Certification Labels on packaging. Innovation continues with the latest HDMI 2.2 Specification that supports higher 96Gbps bandwidth and next-gen HDMI Fixed Rate Link technology to provide optimal audio and video for a wide range of device applications. Higher resolutions and refresh rates are supported, including up to 12K@120 and 16K@60. Additionally, more high-quality options are supported, including uncompressed full chroma formats such as 8K@60/4:4:4 and 4K@240/4:4:4 at 10-bit and 12-bit color.

For control room environments and tiled applications, Nanolumens offers the NanoPanel 55, a 55-inch direct view LED display designed as a direct replacement for traditional LCD video walls. The TAA-compliant display can be tiled in a 2×2 configuration to achieve full 4K resolution, eliminating bezel overlays. At the event, Nanolumens demonstrated this display integrated with Barco control room solutions.

The Engage Pro series represents Nanolumens’ premium line of direct view LED displays, featuring pixel pitches starting at 0.7 mm. The 4K display shown at the event features a 0.9 mm pixel pitch and is powered by Nanolumens’ homegrown Aurora video processor, which manages both the display and driving system. The Engage Pro is a fully TAA-compliant solution suitable for government and secure facilities.

Nanolumens also showcased the Captivate series, a plug-and-play all-in-one 4K display solution that integrates audio and remote control functions. Additionally, the company collaborated with Noro to demonstrate the Noro portal, a virtual conferencing solution designed to provide room-to-room collaboration between remote corporate campus environments.

Looking ahead, Nanolumens previewed the upcoming Escalon series, featuring a new LED architecture designed for improved off-axis viewing and high contrast ratios for deep black levels. The company also partnered with AUO Display Plus to showcase a transparent micro LED display featuring 60% transparency for retail and museum applications, alongside full-color, zero-power e-paper displays.
