faytech demonstrated its 30-inch transparent OLED kiosk at Computex 2026 in Hall 1. The kiosk integrates an optically bonded 10-point multi-touch transparent display designed to blend into retail, hospitality, and commercial environments. By utilizing the ambient and customizable lighting of the surroundings, the system creates a visual experience that stands out in various lighting conditions.

HDMI® Technology is the foundation for the worldwide ecosystem of HDMI-connected devices; integrated with displays, set-top boxes, laptops, audio video receivers and other product types. Because of this global usage, manufacturers, resellers, integrators and consumers must be assured that their HDMI® products work seamlessly together and deliver the best possible performance by sourcing products from licensed HDMI Adopters or authorized resellers. For HDMI Cables, consumers can look for the official HDMI® Cable Certification Labels on packaging. Innovation continues with the latest HDMI 2.2 Specification that supports higher 96Gbps bandwidth and next-gen HDMI Fixed Rate Link technology to provide optimal audio and video for a wide range of device applications. Higher resolutions and refresh rates are supported, including up to 12K@120 and 16K@60. Additionally, more high-quality options are supported, including uncompressed full chroma formats such as 8K@60/4:4:4 and 4K@240/4:4:4 at 10-bit and 12-bit color.

The hardware architecture features a 30-inch transparent OLED panel with integrated features, including an internal camera, customizable LED lights, a receipt printer, and a QR code reader. The entire system is powered by an Intel PC positioned securely at the base of the kiosk to prevent interference with other components and maintain system stability. This self-contained design allows for versatile customization options depending on deployment requirements.

During the exhibition, the interactive kiosk demonstrated retail self-service capabilities using software integrated on-site by software partner CleoTech. The demo illustrated a typical restaurant takeaway ordering process, allowing users to select menu items, customize options, enter customer details, and print a physical receipt directly from the integrated printer.

The transparent OLED kiosk is designed for real-world store environments, offering a flexible platform for customizable interactive applications. Its physical design and optical bonding provide durability and high touch sensitivity, making it suitable for high-traffic environments where digital signage needs to integrate with the physical space.
