BXI Robotics presents their latest full-size humanoid robot, the ELF version 3. The system includes a swappable battery that provides one to three hours of operation. The sensor suite consists of a LiDAR unit for autonomous navigation and environmental mapping, along with a camera for video capture. The robot also features a screen on its head, which can display information or visuals.
The ELF robot’s arms are capable of carrying a payload of up to five kilograms each. The joint motors provide torque ranging from 25 to 115 newton-meters. BXI Robotics provides software that allows users to design autonomous navigation routes for the robot. The platform is also designed for further development, with the potential to integrate with large language models (LLMs) for voice interaction via its built-in speaker.
This demonstration of the ELF robot took place at the Hong Kong Fairs April 2026. The company, which employs over 30 people, focuses exclusively on humanoid robot development.
