Unuiga has their Rockchip RK3368 Octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 Set-top-box ready for mass production, selling at around $59 for 1K pieces, with smaller and bigger orders also welcome at prices around that. The Rockchip RK3368 supports 4K at 60fps to the HDMI 2.0 port and runs Android 5.1.1 smoothly.
