FlEXE or National Centre For Flexible Electronics is a government sponsored project for flexible electronics and displays. The project hopes to develop flexible electronics and displays and manufacture flexible electronics and displays. Flexible displays and electronics is an emerging field which the government hopes can give India a unique competitive advantage. The project hopes to make OLED lighting cost competitive with LED. OLED can provide a home produced alternative LED lighting which is not produced in India. Filmed at the I-Zone startups and New Tech Demos area at the SID Display Week.
