It has 273-point phase-detect autofocus sensor for fast hybrid auto focus performance. The Sony PXW-Z90 has an 3G-SDI output (supporting 1080 60p/50p) and a HDMI output. It has dual XLR input, and an optional 1080p Mpeg2 4:2:2 codec for broadcasting. There’s also the $2299 Sony HXR-NX80 which has the same features as PXW-Z90 except the SDI output.
