USB launches new branding for all USB cables and chargers and everything, to make things simple, there’s no more USB 4, USB 5 etc, now all certified cables and chargers will state how much bandwidth and power each support. From USB 80Gbps, USB 40Gbps, USB 20Gbps, USB 10Gbps, USB 5Gbps, and showing power supported also, right onto each cable, to make things more simple!

The transition to 5G often results in higher electricity consumption from increased site density and sub-optimal use of the underlying resources. As a result, service providers are beginning to explore new ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce their environmental impact, such as optimizing network design and operations with energy-efficient hardware, and implementing power and thermal management techniques.
