A notable feature of Illuminate is its capability to mirror the main display onto the iPad. This functionality allows instructors to annotate directly on their device, with real-time updates appearing on the larger screen. This wireless integration fosters an interactive and dynamic learning environment, enhancing engagement and collaboration.
The system operates using AVA’s OnCollab Matrix receivers, which are connected to each display via HDMI and support gigabit Ethernet connections. This setup ensures that each screen can receive high-quality content with minimal latency. Students can also cast their screens, enabling teachers to manage and display individual or group work by selecting the desired input on their iPad.
Illuminate leverages Wi-Fi 6 technology, supporting 4K resolution streaming with reduced latency and accommodating more simultaneous connections compared to previous Wi-Fi standards. Currently, AVA’s Illuminate is available in Taiwan, with plans to expand into global markets. The company is actively seeking distributors and resellers in regions such as Europe and the Middle East to broaden the accessibility of their cost-effective solution for educational institutions.
