Epson’s ISE 2025 booth showcased the latest advancements in high-brightness 3LCD and 4K laser projection across entertainment, corporate, and educational applications. A standout feature was the 6-meter mirrored eco-sphere, powered by Epson’s ultra-compact EB-PQ2220B 4K laser projectors. This installation, inspired by the connection between nature and digitalization, demonstrated projection’s ability to create seamless, immersive environments. The EB-PQ2220B, the world’s smallest and lightest 20,000-lumen 4K projector, utilizes 3LCD technology for high brightness and color accuracy in a compact design

One of the most visually striking installations featured large artificial leaf structures illuminated by 30,000-lumen EB-PU2220B projectors. These projections, mapped onto 3D surfaces with over 12,000 pixels of resolution, demonstrated Epson’s geometric correction and edge-blending capabilities. Unlike LED walls, projection allows for flexible adaptation to curved and irregular surfaces, making it an ideal solution for attractions, museums, and themed environments.
Epson introduced the Immersive Pro Wall (IPW), a modular ultra-short-throw projection system designed for corporate presentations and educational applications. This system integrates three EB-815E projectors, each featuring a 0.16:1 throw ratio and 5,000 lumens of brightness, paired with 120-inch ELPSC36 Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screens. The modular design allows users to adjust angles and expand the system for more immersive experiences, making it suitable for product launches, training simulations, and interactive presentations—offering an alternative to traditional VR setups.
Epson launched a new range of compact 4K projectors with multiple throw ratios for fixed installations. The lineup includes models with a 0.5–0.7:1 throw ratio for short-throw needs, a 0.79–1.36:1 mid-range option, and a 1.35–2.2:1 standard throw configuration, with brightness levels reaching 8,000 lumens. These projectors utilize Epson’s proprietary 4K Crystal Motion technology, which enhances pixel clarity and delivers sharp, vibrant visuals for theaters, auditoriums, and simulation spaces. Their compact form factor and energy-efficient design make them ideal for diverse applications.
Epson’s Projector Professional Tool (EPPT) software was demonstrated with an advanced edge-blending setup, showcasing automated camera-assisted geometry correction. This technology enables precise alignment of blended images across curved and irregular surfaces. EPPT also supports projector stacking, allowing multiple units to combine for ultra-high brightness applications. This innovation simplifies projection mapping and large-scale installations while maintaining high image fidelity.
For home entertainment, Epson presented the EH-QL7000 projector, designed to bring pro-level brightness into living rooms. Featuring a 10,000-lumen output and ultra-short-throw lens, this projector delivers sharp 4K images up to 130 inches, even in bright environments. Paired with an ALR screen, it provides an immersive alternative to large-format TVs, combining the benefits of high-lumen projection with a sleek, space-efficient design.
Epson’s “See It, Feel It” installation was another highlight, using three EB-PQ2220B 4K projectors, a 140 cm mirror, and a quarter-sphere projection surface to create an immersive visual experience. AI-generated content blended natural and digital elements with synchronized ambient audio and scents. The mirrored structure created an illusion of infinite depth, showcasing projection’s ability to craft mesmerizing, spatially expansive environments without requiring full 360-degree enclosures.
Throughout the booth, Epson emphasized sustainability by incorporating recycled materials and optimizing energy efficiency in its latest projectors. Advances in 3LCD technology continue to enhance brightness, color accuracy, and longevity, reducing environmental impact while delivering superior visual performance. Features like micro-lens array technology and advanced cooling systems ensure optimal light output and durability. Epson remains committed to innovation in projection, offering solutions that push the limits of image quality and versatility.
