Flanking the main display were side wings constructed from the JP Pro series, Absen’s dedicated touring solution. Each cabinet measures one square meter and weighs 28 kilograms per square meter. The design incorporates a carbon fiber structure, ensuring a clean and efficient cabling system with an integrated power box. This robust yet lightweight design is tailored for the demands of touring professionals.
AbsenLive also highlighted the SA 1.9 series, with each 500×500 mm cabinet weighing just 5.5 kg, translating to 22 kilograms per square meter. This lightweight design features a streamlined cabling system, enhancing both setup efficiency and scalability. Each cabinet boasts a resolution of 192×192 pixels, allowing configurations that can easily achieve Full HD or 4K resolutions, depending on the screen’s overall size. The SA series offers a brightness of up to 1,500 nits, 16-bit grayscale, and a 7,680 Hz refresh rate, ensuring vivid and smooth visuals.
A notable innovation is the native curved SA series, which enables the creation of a 90° corner using just three cabinets. The unique mechanism allows for easy angle adjustments within each cabinet, supporting both concave and convex configurations. This flexibility offers designers the ability to craft intricate shapes, including S-shaped displays, enhancing creative possibilities for event and stage designs.
For virtual production environments, AbsenLive introduced the PR 1.9 series. Tailored for optimal in-camera performance, this screen supports workflows up to 251 Hz and an internal refresh rate of 7,680 Hz. The cabinet design caters specifically to studio applications, featuring ergonomic handles and a robust structure to meet the demands of professional studio environments.
Addressing the need for transparency and versatility, AbsenLive presented solutions ranging from 3.9 mm to 7.8 mm pixel pitches. These displays are designed for longer viewing distances and offer high transparency, making them suitable for various applications. The cabinets are lightweight and capable of delivering brightness levels up to 4,000 nits, ensuring visibility even in challenging lighting conditions.
In the rental and staging sector, the A 1.5 Pro series was showcased, now featuring an updated IMD flip chip design. This advancement increases calibrated brightness from 1,000 to 1,800 nits while reducing power consumption and enhancing stability. The screen remains cool to the touch even after prolonged operation, underscoring its efficiency and reliability.
AbsenLive’s commitment to understanding client needs is evident in their approach to product selection. By assessing the specific goals and use cases of their clients, they recommend tailored solutions, whether for corporate events, outdoor applications, or high-performance displays. For instance, the MC series offers a cost-effective, lightweight option suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, while the Polaris series Pro V2 provides enhanced performance with black face LEDs for superior visual quality.
The company also addressed challenges such as wind resistance in outdoor setups. The JP Pro series, for example, includes wind bracing, allowing for screen heights up to 24 meters, surpassing the industry standard of 10 meters. Additionally, the introduction of IMD technology in the Polaris series enhances anti-collision capabilities, reducing the risk of dead pixels during setup and ensuring a more durable and reliable display.
