An unspecified feature phone is around 23 USD and runs and faux smartphone os. This device is similar to flip phones of yester year.
W501Q with a Quad core Qualcomm 8225 1.2ghz, 8.0 Megapixel camera, and a 5″ screen with a QHD resolution. A mock up this was show by Charbax. This sells for around 150 USD.
