This is the SMT Line and testing process for the Colorii PocketHub, with 3 times full function testing for every USB Type-C hub after SMT and DIP. The 1st test is 100% current testing to check out if there is any shortcut on the PCBA, they set 5V on the current equipment and connect the PCBA by Type C port, if the current is above 0.02A, that means the PCBA have circurt problem, then they send it back to production, the 2nd test is 100% full function test of each port, HDMI, SD card, micro-SD card, 2xUSB 3.0A, specially for the USB Type-C fast charge! They test every unit on a Macbook. The 3rd test is after assembly with case, they do the same test of PCBA again (100% for every pieces, full function), to confirm every pieces work perfectly before shipping to the customer.
