Simon Segars is the President of the US division of ARM. Here's an interview with him at ARM TechCon 2011 about the state of the ARM industry.

Now the know that ARM Inc. have a bit over 500 employees.

Interesting to know that ARM is groving in many places for implementing ARM processors know-how and making except 900 employees in Cambridge UK and a bit oven 500 in US, Simon said that ARM have 300 employees in Bangalore in India an a groving office in China.
