Here’s a 7″ Android Tablet powered by a Marvell xscale processor, can have built-in WiFi, GPS and 3G.

    This is a nice tablet, with a lot of features. It seems a bit expensive however – and I'm still a bit wary about devices that are not phones yet run Android. It seems like one would want a more full fledged operating system that is capable of better graphics capabilities for the money.
