Here’s a 4.3″ Archos PMP, it will playback most video formats and be sold for only 99€ in Europe. This may be one of the cheapest 4.3″ touch screen PMP devices on the European and US market.

    Archos as really covering all aspects of size and portability when it comes to media. They have to be careful though they don't become internationally recognised as a budget manufacturer.
