It’s easy to get 100uW electrical power out of a cm2 of human skin (under the correct ambient temp conditions). Challenge was (and is) to compromisze it into micro dimensions,or, reduce the power consumption of the “sensor” to <1uW and keep the heatsink down to the size of a fingernail.
