It’s nice to have competition with Intel on netbooks at an appropriate price point considering the decreased # of browser tabs and streaming videos one can have open in Chrome. I’m looking forward to seeing the performance of MediaTek’s cortex A72 SOC in early 2016. Will be nice to see these succeed and encourage more netbook specific ARM SOC’s with higher performance than those that are also targeted for use in smartphones.
