Well, if their customer service is any indicator of what their product is like … STAY AWAY … I purchased 3 of these for myself and two friends almost a year ago. It took almost 10 months to get the robots. During that time, there was very little communication from the company. I would email them about the status of my order, and would never get a personal reply … only a general update sent to everyone on their list I guess. Finally, the robots arrived! I plug mine in, only to find that the batter is not holding a charge. One of my friend’s said one of her beacon’s was not holding a charge either. I emailed the company. They responded with a couple of suggestions. When those did not work, I emailed back. They said they would send the ‘return/exchange’ paperwork … that was 3 weeks ago!!! I have emailed them on numerous occasions with not a word from them! BUYER BEWARE … it seems to me that they do not stand behind their product 🙁
