In December 2015 we will get Net neutrality within EU here in europe which EU-parliament decided in May 2014.
Net neutrality will force mobile operators to except all kinds of VoIP
and sip-clients in their mobile networks.

Google proposed standard webRTC which is under Open Source
and royalty free license will be implemented in more web browsers than
Chrome and Firefox and in all kinds of CMS providers.

webRTC in combination with Net neutrality will of couse make
wireless communication even more interesting in all kinds of concepts.
