But for Windows 8 RT it ill not be anything speial because Microsoft have only configurated Windows 8 RT for Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.
So, as long as Microsoft do not configurate Windows 8 RT for some other ARMv8 developers will we not see Windows Surface RT with lower price.
