No it isn’t, it really is 2+3. The three Cortex-A7s are all the same. This is an unlikely configuration in production silicon but TC2 was done for fast time to silicon and being a TSMC shuttle run (a multi-die wafer) has to fit within a certain prescribed area. (P.S. I am the person Charbax is interviewing).

That’s an interesting configuration. Is it maybe 2 A15, 2 A7 high power, one A7 low power? Triple-level as it were? If you expose three cores to the os with only 2 real big cores you would get weird behavior, I’d think.
