We got burned by another tablet vendor – Shenzhen Besurely and we took action against them by putting up a website that warns people. We are going to do the same thing to Tapfuture.

Yes. But the problem is that they cut corners on the insulation so after the pcb gets hot, the yellow color of the insulation spreads to anything it touches. In thos case, the lcd panel. So the user will see that the screen has big yellow spots.

Limited, and the 2 men involved in the video (Alex Wu and Peace Wang) as it’s easy to change company names in China. I bought 500 units from them and turns out all 500 units were defective. All they can say to me right now is “we’re analyzing the problem and get back to you” but it’s been around 2 months now and no answers. I wish there is some way to refund all these units back to them.
