But it in not only makers of LCD and LCD with capacitive touch displays which is using ITO as electrode material, also solar cells of silicon is using ITO as electrode material.

But ITO can only fix on glass material and not on plastic substrate as professor James Tour in chemistry at Rice University in Houston in US, say in this video.
But graphene can fix plastic as substrate.

Indium is a rare earth material which cost today more and more for each year and will end
fortcoming years, maybe in 2017-2018.So, some other cheap and transparent electrode material
must be choosen in the display and silicon solar cells industry, as soon as possible.
