I asked Michael Anguilo if for example Google Chrome browser can be installed on Windows 8 on ARM, Michael Anguilo says he’ll get someone to clarify over email cause he didn’t want to say something that wasn’t confirmed.

Windows on ARM will arrive 6 months later than Windows on x86 (as says Bright Side of News).

Windows on ARM will not allow .NET apps (even considering .NET was designed to be cross-platform).

Windows on ARM will not allow any third-party Desktop apps (but they are perfectly possible, and Microsoft Desktop apps will be available since first day).

Windows on ARM will have a locked boot, but Windows on x86 will perfectly allow unlocked boots. (Meaning you won’t be able to install WoA on any device if not obtained from the device manufacturer itself).

Metro only apps for Windows on ARM.

Apps obtained through Microsoft Official Store, and Microsoft certified, are the only ones allowed on Windows on ARM.
