Did you hear Eric Schmidt saying that $70 Smartphone can be $50 or lower.

Samsung starts during Q2 production of flexible Amoleds up to 10.1″ that will be
made with “Roll-to-roll” process in some few years and then Amoled flexible displays will be very cheap.

3D SoC with Wafer-Leveling wafers chips with ReRAM connectivity via TSV=Thru-Silicon-Vias will be standard fortcoming years.
HP Labs and Hynix Memristor is one type of ReRAM-memory.
SanDisk and Elpida will also start to make their types of ReRAM-memories during end of 2013.

So much faster SoC will come fortcoming 2-years hopefully not only in Smartphones and tablet pc but also in super light Ultrabooks with ARMs.

We have the $20 ARM devices (like Raspberry Pi).

Now we only need $20 21″ screens, and $20 Internet data plans. 🙂
