I was watching the whole 2 hour keynote, and the Microsoft guy seemed to say pretty clearly that the whole Windows 8 with all existing apps will work on ARM somehow.

Is it mean “only at now” all .exe file can not work on ARM, and Microsoft can get fully compatibility?Then, all new .exe file created for Windows8 can work both x86 and ARM ?  (same file can execute both environment?)
