I think this looks like the perfect size for a awesome viewing experience on an almost in between tablet and touch phone.
Then again I wouldn’t go with anything above 4.5″… this phone is sickkk i ordered mine yesterday!! (galaxy s2 4.3″ 🙂  )

5,3 inch displays is not suitable for pockets.

But the development of both Amoled-displays and Li-Ion batteries will be possible to make on both flexible substrate and transparent so in some years ahaed we will maybe see watches with in-built Smartphone device like The Dick Tracy vision.
