What causes so many tablets that can NEVER access the real, full Android
Marketplace… and so many others can? Does it have to be some “special”
tablet?

In reply to Anonymous. That is not the RK2918 1.2Ghz ARM Cortex-A8 version talked about in this video. The Archos 7c Home Tablet talked about here is not going to be released before June, and only then will they confirm the targetted MSRP.

In reply to Er Lern Loh. I'm thinking $149 would be the aggressive suggested retail price for this, but the price depends on what kind of distribution deals they will make with retailers until this one comes out by end of May to early June time frame.
