BodyMedia is incapable or unwilling to support this product if you need support. I have had a new armband strap on order for two weeks now (I need it because the one that came with the device is coming apart) and was told for the first time that they are out of them and don’t know when, if ever, there will be more in stock. They could not, or would not, even tell me if we were talking about weeks, months or years to get these things in stock and replace one.
