Seems ‘Medium’ is 4.8″ to 11.6″, ‘Small’ is 1.4″ to 5″.
(Link mentioned below states: Up to 10″)

About the No. 1: For ‘big’ screens (over 10″) it’s probably 1 Samsung 2 LG (was LG Philips) 3 AUO, but for S&M size I think it’s ChiMei Innolux.
