In reply to Jeff Cameron. Enso is not SMiT, the device they purport to be selling is the SMiT MID-560 though. But no connection between the two entities exists, except SMiT confirms shipping a sample device to Enso.

In reply to Jeff Cameron. Their "fantastic" amount of publicity is Enso basically stealing my videos, without even giving me any credit, editing out the part where it says "SMiT" and releasing my video to all the blogs.

As of mid April they are still not shipping, but with the company name Enso, they are doing a fantastic amount of publicity. Something is wrong here when they say they are shipping but are not.

Nice video, Charbax!

The SMiT MID-560 is not ARM9 powered but ARM11. It is using (according to SMiT´s Website) the Samsung S3C6410 (http://semicon.samsung.de/applicationprocessors/tracking/aboutS3C6410.aspx) – just like the Smart Devices Q5 and Q7. And guess what, the 1080p capable V5 and V7 are using a Telechips SoC as well 🙂
