360° video panorama technology, a new experience! presented by Finwe.fi

Posted by – February 28, 2014

This is 360 video, presented by Finwe Ltd CEO Juha Kela. 360 video is a special video production technology that utilizes multiple cameras to produce a full spherical 360×180 degree video experience. Video from multiple sources is synchronized, fine tuned and stitched together with a software called Autopano Video and Autopano Giga by Kolor. Kolor also delivers solutions for 360 video hosting and playback on a PC and web browser. Web player is based on html5.

Finwe ltd has developed a movement and touch controlled 360 video player for mobile devices, called 360 VideoBall. In collaboration with Kolor, they also just released a pre-version of free Kolor Eyes Android player. Beyond that, mobile player can also be used with Kickstarter funded goggles vrAse. This cool gadget has lenses and a special frame that holds mobile phones inside. The mobile phone is then used as a movement controlled display device, producing a separate image for both eyes. There is now an equipment based on 6 GoPro’s in a 360×180 formation to shoot 360 3D videos, which was used as a demonstration in MWC. The experience is really stunning and the image quality is very good thanks to the high quality and resolution of mobile devices.

Finwe CEO Juha Kela also demonstrated a special custom technology that enables 6k 360 video playback on a mobile phone. Current devices support only 4k resolution, but with the special technology they developed devices can play back videos even with 8k resolution! With this solution, user can zoom into the video without losing the quality.

To be able to provide a full turn key solution for 360 video production and to support the marketing of the mobile 360 video player technology Juha Kela founded a company called FinCloud Ltd. FinCloud has already done number of multi camera productions and one of their productions, a 360 music video for Finnish band Apulanta is currently nominated in Spotify “Innovator of the Year” category in Emma Gaala. Emma Gaala is an annual event, which rewards the most significant players in the industry during a year.

Posted by – November 3, 2023
Category: Exclusive videos

Emma, a representative from Guangdong Joy Intelligent Technology Co Ltd, a leading manufacturer specializing in robotic vacuum cleaners. The interviewee, who remains unnamed, provides a detailed overview of their latest innovations and product offerings.

The video begins with an introduction to Joy Intelligent Factory’s cutting-edge self-cleaning robotic vacuum model. This state-of-the-art device comes equipped with a range of impressive features. It can not only clean efficiently but also boasts the unique ability to return to its docking station for self-maintenance. This self-sufficiency is particularly notable, as it reduces the user’s involvement in the maintenance process. The vacuum is not limited to just dry cleaning; it also performs humidity wet cleaning, enhancing its utility. A standout feature is the inclusion of a dust station, ensuring that the collected dirt and debris are efficiently and hygienically disposed of. This model is attractively priced at $320, making it accessible to a wide audience, with a minimum order requirement of 1,000 pieces.

The interviewee proceeds to present the company’s basic robotic vacuum model, which comes at a much more affordable price point of $60. This model offers efficient floor cleaning, although it lacks the wet cleaning feature. However, the distinguishing factor is the navigation solution employed. While the more advanced model relies on a combination of light and laser technology for precise cleaning patterns, the basic model operates in a more random fashion. This difference in navigation highlights the versatility of their product range, catering to various consumer preferences. Furthermore, the basic model can be controlled through a user-friendly mobile app, enhancing user convenience.

The video showcases a wet and dry robotic cleaner, priced at $80, that will soon be available for mass production. This addition to their product line demonstrates their continuous commitment to innovation and responding to consumer needs.

A unique model is then presented, featuring an AI camera and line laser solution. This vacuum cleaner can extend itself to access and clean corners, making it an appealing choice for those looking for precise cleaning in hard-to-reach areas. Priced at $360, this model offers an advanced cleaning experience, aligning with their commitment to producing high-quality products.

The video also highlights a specialized cleaner designed for swimming pools. This model is capable of climbing the walls of swimming pools, ensuring a thorough cleaning experience. It operates efficiently, covering both the pool’s bottom and walls. The device comes with a charger that ensures it remains operational, ensuring an uninterrupted cleaning process.

In addition to the pool cleaner, the interviewee discusses a cable-driven cleaner specifically designed for small spaces and pet owners. This product has a unique feature that allows it to move around and collect pet hair efficiently. It includes a drawer for the collected pet hair, which helps keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy.

The conversation then shifts to the company’s reliability and the scale of its operations. The factory spans an impressive 50,000 square meters and employs a workforce of approximately 1,000 dedicated individuals. This scale is a testament to their commitment to producing high-quality products and meeting the demand of a global customer base.

Despite the challenges posed by the recent pandemic, the interviewee remains optimistic about the future. They express their commitment to expanding their business and ensuring the satisfaction of their customers. Importantly, Joy Intelligent Factory welcomes customers from all over the world, demonstrating a truly global outlook. They emphasize that there are no restrictions on where their products can be delivered, including the United States, the Middle East, and China.

Their presence on popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay further underscores their commitment to making their products accessible to a global customer base. Overall, this video offers a comprehensive and insightful look into Joy Intelligent Factory’s robotic vacuum cleaners, showcasing their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
