NovaCentrix: Manufacturing and Production of Printed Electronics

NovaCentrix is focused on technologies and materials to enable manufacturing in Printed Electronics. The PulseForge® photonic curing tools process high-temperature materials on low-temperature substrates. Applications include drying, sintering, annealing, or reacting metallic, non-metallic, and semiconductor inks, without damaging temperature sensitive substrates such as foils and plastics. With processing times of only milliseconds, surface depositions can be heated to melting or crystallization temperatures without damaging low temperature substrates. The very short processing times of the PulseForge® tools allow for high-speed processing rates in a roll-to-roll production format at speeds approaching 100 meters per minute.
