HP Elite x3 and Lapdock was my "Best of MWC 2016" as you can see in my video from last year, the HP Elite X3 can be docked into a Lapdock or desktop dock via USB Type C connectivity and be used in Windows Continuum mode offering functionality similar to a full computer. The Lapdock offers a full hd 12.5" screen and full laptop keyboard.
Lenovo Yoga 520 is a 14" or 15" convertible laptop with a FHD display, Kaby Lake processors, and Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU. There is room for both an SSD and HDD, with ram options up to 16 GB. There is also a fingerprint reader for security. There is an activie digitizer pen. Prices for the Yoga 520 series range from $799 and up depending on region and configuration also with the optional stylus pen input and an optional fingerprint sensor.
Quaclomm Snapgragon 835 is Qualcomm's fastest ARM processor ever, possibly the world's fastest Smartphone ARM Processor yet. Built on amazingly small 10nm, Snapdragon 835 is 35% smaller and offers power efficiency gains of up to 35% over the previous generation Snapdragon 821 processor. Gigabit LTE is available through the X16 modem and multi-Gigabit speeds over 802.11ad, integrated 2x2 11ac MU-MIMO Wi-Fi. Quick charge 4.0 charges 20% faster with up to 30% more efficiency. Snapdragon 835 supports VR and AR such as Project Tango. Snapdragon 835 is a semi custom ARM processor "based on ARM Cortex Technology" and featuring 8 Qualcomm Kryo 280 processor cores and Qualcomm's newest Adreno 540 GPU. Adreno 540 offers 25% faster graphics rendering and 60x more display colors than previous Adreno GPU. The Snapdragon 835 will be able to run Windows 10 with x86 apps emulation support.
The Samsung Galaxy Book features a 12" Super AMOLED display with a resolution 2160x1440 which Samsung states supports videos in HDR 10-bit or a The 10.6" version with 1920x1280 TFT LCD display. Both versions of the tablet will support S-Pen technology. The 10.6" tablets supports a Core M3 processor, 4gb of ram, Microsd, LTE, and up to 128gb of emmc storage the 12" supports a Core i5 processor, 4gb or 8gb of ram, and 256gb of ssd storage. Samsung is quoting around 10 hours of use for both and both will have access to fast charging. The 10.6-inch modle has 4K/30fps playback but 12" can handle 4K/60fps playback.
The Lenovo Miix 320 is an Intel Atom Cherry Trail based tablet with 4GB of RAM and 128GB eMMC flash storage, and 10.1-inch 1920x1200 resolution touch screen. There is an included keyboard. The Miix 320 is an incredible value at only $199.
The 13" Lenovo Yoga 720 offers a ULV Core i7 processor, a 13" (Full HD or 4k) and there is a fingerprint reader. The 13" model features USB type c for quick charging. Newer Lenovo laptops feature a Microsoft precision touchpad for better input experience. The price for the 13" model starts at $859.

The Miraxess Mirabook turns your smartphone into a 13.3" laptop. The device works with Android or Windows Smartphones through USB type C and charges your phone. The battery life is said to be 24 hours. The Mirabook features HDMI, USB Type C, and an SD Card Reader I/O for and Premium speakers. The device is a prototype with a target price of $299 and availability to be announced.
EC Technology has a pico projector for $50. EC Technology has a mini pc for $75 and mini PC/pico projector combo for $100. EC Technology has a Amlogic s905 Android set top box for $100 plus a keyboard with integrated touch pad for an unspecified price. More products planned for the future. Moq for all units is 50 units or more.
DisplayLink is showing some of their latest demos, here featuring a smooth wireless HTC Vive experience using a DisplayLink dock connected with wireless 60Ghz video signal to/from the VR gaming PC, then showing daisy-chaining 3 DisplayLink docks powered by the DisplayLink DL-6950 chip, launching this Dock in the Targus Dock 160 launching for $249 at Amazon.com. DisplayLink engineered its algorithm to compress display over USB, it works with Chromebooks, Android phones, Windows 10, Ubuntu, Mac OS and more. DisplayLink got integrated with Chromebooks natively by DisplayLink's partnership with Google, and for Android you just need to run the DisplayLink Presenter app for it to work from most Android phones that have Micro-USB or USB Type-C, as long as those have USB Host function active in them. DisplayLink is well integrated with Windows 10 also at the core of Windows Continuum. They also demonstrate SiBeam for a wireless USB connector.
