But contact-lens-based-display tech will be a much cheaper way for gaming enthusiasts for projecting 3D video content directly on the retina as innovega-inc developes, Innovega is just only one of some in this new high-tech contact-lens retina display business.
http://innovega-inc.com/how-it-compares.php

Innovega contact-lens retina display with 3D stacking of IC like Besang Inc. and IBM 3M 3D tech will coming forthcoming years.

And IBM 3M 3D stacking tech or wafer-leveling tech as AppliedMaterials call their similar technology.
The animated video of IBM 3M 3D tech is only 0:38min.short.

AppliedMaterials.

Headmounted display tech will only be one of some different small systems for projecting video in 2D and 3D content in front of our eyes forthcoming years.

Contact-lens retina display will be the most cheapest tech for this technology.

The Motorola Headmounted computer looked pretty interesting at CES. I found that many of the gadgets there seemed really interesting and very high tech. I really enjoyed checking out the Smart TV that Samsung introduced as well. The one gadget that really interest me and I cannot wait until it becomes available is the Hopper through DISH. I found that receiver pretty amazing. It would be perfect for my home because I am always using up all the DVR’s because I have so many shows on at the same time. I love that with the Hopper you are able to record all the primetime shows on ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX all on one tuner with the Primetime Anytime. Having this feature would eliminate any DVR conflicts I may have, and my husband can have his TV back. Some co-workers and I at DISH were able to check it out and it makes me want one even more. CES this year had some pretty incredible gadgets that I would love to get my hands on.
