Well Linaro did it! If you use ubuntu you should install linaro-media-tools package and follow these really easy instructions for making your own riff image:

http://releases.linaro.org/11.11/android/images-ics-preview/staging-snowball/

Needed files for making the image is also there. This is just great! I'm going to test it right away!

What I understood, this is really early test version and uses software rendering graphics. So no media acceleration at all I presume. But this is a great start and people at linaro's development community could be happy to help. Of course at this point you should have ICS source code and apply at least patches presented in the details of the youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=CvRg6OX0DL8 . Also you should look at the android build instructions for snowball: http://igloocommunity.org/support/Android_Getting_started . Be aware that howto is for Android 2.3 so I don't know if it works with ICS at all! Probably not.

Igloocommunity is working with 2.3 and linaro/ubuntu now so I don't believe we should hold our breath for flashable ICS riff image for some time.

Nope. ICS has also been ported to the Galaxy S II, which has an Exynos 4210.
