		<description>I was watching the whole 2 hour keynote, and the Microsoft guy seemed to say pretty clearly that the whole Windows 8 with all existing apps will work on ARM somehow.</description>

Is it mean &quot;only at now&quot; all .exe file can not work on ARM, and Microsoft can get fully compatibility?Then, all new .exe file created for Windows8 can work both x86 and ARM ?  (same file can execute both environment?)
