Some specs that have been released before this official release though include: -The specific OMAP 4 processor is the 1.5GHz OMAP4460, which has dual-core ARM Cortex-A9s as well as two ARM Cortex-M3s running at 266 MHz to offload the A9s in less computationally intensive tasks to increase power efficiency.  Compared to the Tegra 2 the ARMs SIMD engine (Media Processing Engine, aka NEON) may provide some advantage with non-vector floating point units. -Dual-channel LPDDR2 memory controller (Tegra 2 is single channel) -PowerVR SGX540 @ 384, compared to previous incarnations of SGX540 @ 200 MHz. Supports all the major APIs, including: OpenGL® ES v2.0, OpenGL ES v1.1, OpenVG v1.1 and EGL v1.3.  Greater than 2x the sustained performance compared to the previous SGX530 core.   -IVA3 multimedia hardware accelerator with a programmable DSP that enables 1080p Full HD and multi-standard video encode/decode. Demonstration for video performance was reportedly a non-resized 1080p (@ 30fps), H264 high-profile movie trailer that was streamed via HDMI to a large screen TV.
