They said that this Christmas. They have some nasty kicks ass demos to show at E3 this year. Metal Gear Solid 4 on the PSP2 looks exactly like the PS3 version. She said that next year will see complette PSP2 titles.

Never in a million years will you see Sony put HDMI on this thing. They’re scared of cannibalizing PS3 sales even if it’s just a few. Until recently, they’ve avoided any kind of SD card for years and years across all their products. Whether it’s lack of Memory Stick royalties or piracy fears, I seriously doubt you’ll see any kind of SD card on this device. Piracy also means Android is out of the question for this top-tier device which makes the Xperia Play much more interesting. Playstation Suite is a nice surprise, however. It’s the most open thing Sony’s ever done. I’d love to see a Bluetooth gamepad with the Xperia Play’s button layout along with gyro/accelerometer/compass for use with Playstation Suite. It doesn’t even have to be made by Sony.

It’d be more cool to have the full video with the official English translator and everything no? I’m waiting out for that. I always think the actual video is 10x better than all these boring live blogs and such.
