I use my 83€ Mifi for 3G access everywhere. And a 7€/month pre-paid 1GB/month sim card. You can also tether on 3G using any Bluetooth mobile phone with data package. This way you don't need to pay a separate 3G subscription plan for using this on 3G. But I agree that a 3G modem option would be nice, but I think that option might cost at least $100-150 extra if not subsidized by you having to sign a contract with a telecom.

Why archos is not making any tablets with gsm module? Thats why i don`t want them, as i like to use this kind of devices as mobile internet device when i can be online all time, without any wifi AP etc…

You can make phone calls on VOIP using SIP, Skype (when available for Android) over WiFi or 3G using BT or WiFi tethering. Fring for example provides video chat feature.
