I bought Archos 5 internet tablet 500 Gb when it first hit the archos.com-site (sept.or oct.2009)

Why can I not browse the web while I am offshore working on a oilrig, when I am connected to the rigs open Wifi network and the eBuddy app works fine and Im chatting with my friends in the coffebreaks.

I have tried the Opera browser (as well as the support told me to when I asked.
I have had this problem for over a year now and I dont quite understad the comlicated answers I get from the Support when I call them (they all are allways trying to set world records in fast talkin),
I have phoned Support sooo many times
Onshore and at home the build-in browser and Opera works ok.
(Is there a way to change the proxysettings?, wich I think might do the trick??)

And why is it no flash when the same models with less storage capacity have flash???
it's so disappointing
